Care Instructions

We recommend that you:

  • Remove items when exercising, bathing, showering, swimming or sleeping.

  • Avoid getting your items in contact with moisture (including but not limited to: water, perfume and other chemicals).

  • When not in use, store your items in a safe and secure place.

What are my earrings made of?

  • HOS earrings are hand crafted using Polymer Clay. Each piece is cut, sculpted, baked, sanded, polished and drilled by hand so they may have minor imperfections.

How can I clean my earrings?

  • Any makeup or other debris can be removed by gently going over those areas with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, makeup remover, or water. Remember to be gentle!

How gentle should I be with my earrings?

  • HOS items are made with Polymer Clay. While Polymer Clay is a durable and flexible material, your items can be damaged with enough force. Keep in mind, these items are small pieces of art so be sure to handle them with care.

Shipping / handling

Is international shipping available?

  • Not at this time. HOS offers shipping to all locations within the United States.

When should I place my order?

  • To ensure prompt delivery, HOS recommends that you place your order by 4pm CST. Orders placed AFTER 4pm CST (including weekends and holidays) will be processed the following business day.

  • “Business day” refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

How long will it take for my items to ship?

  • All items are hand-crafted so please allow up to 7 business days for fulfillment after your payment has been processed.

  • Once fulfilled, please allow approximately 5-7 business days for shipping.

Will I receive tracking information for my package?

  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email once dropped off to USPS.

I still haven’t received my package, what should I do?

  • Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number regarding any shipping issues.

Is my package insured?

  • Package insurance is only offered by request. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact me via email prior to placing your order.

Post office delays

My package delivery keeps getting delayed, what should I do?

  • HOS is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS. This includes but is not limited to delays due to COVID-19.

Returns / Cancellations / exchanges

Can I return, cancel or exchange my order/items?

  • HOS does not accept returns or cancellations.

  • However, exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis and items must be in new condition.

  • Please contact me via email within 14 days of receiving items to be eligible for exchange.

  • If contacted after 14 days of receiving items, exchanges will not be accepted.

  • All items must be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value.

Sale items

Can I return, cancel or exchange my sale items?

  • HOS does not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are final.
